INTERN PITCHING COACHES

Meet my team of three talented Intern Pitching Coaches! Each one is personally mentored by me and trained to teach the same safe, efficient pitching mechanics I use in all my lessons. They work with students from my waitlist and offer lessons when their schedules allow.

MEET COACH OLIVIA

Olivia Dryke is a senior at Oakland University studying Social Work with a passion for helping young athletes grow both on and off the field. A former pitcher herself, Olivia began coaching after a shoulder injury ended her playing career in high school. She has since spent the past four years coaching youth softball, golf, and other sports. Olivia loves teaching the mental toughness and attention to detail it takes to succeed in the circle.She’s excited to help each athlete build confidence and a lasting love for the game.

MEET COACH HAYLEY

Hayley McFarlane is a senior at Saint Clair High School and a current pitcher for Turnin2 McLeod 18u. She started pitching at just seven years old and has trained with Dana since she was twelve. Hayley’s fastest pitch has been clocked at 60 mph, but her favorite part of the game runs deeper than speed. Softball has taught her discipline, resilience, and leadership qualities she now strives to pass on to the athletes she coaches. Hayley is passionate about helping pitchers grow their confidence, master their mechanics, and find joy in every inning.

MEET COACH GEORGIA

Georgia Youngblood is a senior pitcher at the University of Wisconsin–Superior, where she continues to compete at a high level. She has been pitching for over ten years and working with Dana for nearly five of those. Georgia brings strong game experience and a positive, team-oriented approach to every session. She loves helping athletes grow their confidence, sharpen their technique, and embrace the mental side of pitching. With her experience and enthusiasm, Georgia is excited to guide the next generation of pitchers and share her passion for the game.
